What was in the way.

The founder had a strong point of view on the brand and a small budget. No vendor relationships, no QA system, no marketplace experience, no team. The risk: ship product nobody wants, or product nobody can find.

We ran the full pipeline — sourcing through our verified manufacturer network, sampling and bulk QA against AQL standards, marketplace onboarding for Myntra, D2C site build, and paid setup through our partner agency. The founder owned brand and product calls; we owned execution.
