2. Incubation Programs
For our fashion entrepreneurship incubation programs:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all our incubation programs. If you are not satisfied with the program within the first 14 days after enrollment, you may request a full refund.
- Partial Refunds: After the initial 14-day period, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and the portion of the program completed.
3. Consulting Services
For one-on-one consulting services:
- Cancellation Before Session: If you cancel a scheduled consulting session at least 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost.
- No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
4. Workshops and Events
For workshops and events:
- Cancellation by Participant: Refunds for workshops and events are available if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled date. A processing fee may apply.
- Cancellation by APEX Fashion Lab: If we cancel a workshop or event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another event.
5. Digital Products
For digital products (e-books, courses, templates):
- Downloadable Products: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the digital product, please contact our support team for assistance or a potential refund.
