1. Seat Registration Fees (Advance Payments)

Non-Refundable Policy: All seat registration fees, advance payments, or any payments made to secure your enrollment in any program or service offered by Apex Fashion Lab are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

This non-refundable policy applies to all situations including but not limited to:

• • Failure to meet program requirements or eligibility criteria
• • Inability to participate due to scheduling conflicts
• • Change in personal circumstances or financial situation
• • Dissatisfaction with program content or methodology
• • Technical issues on the participant's end

2. Refund Eligibility

Exclusive Refund Condition: Refunds will ONLY be initiated when Apex Fashion Lab fails to deliver what we promise. No other circumstances will qualify for a refund.

Non-Delivery of Promised Services: Refunds are exclusively available only when Apex Fashion Lab fails to deliver the specific promises, services, or program components as explicitly outlined in the written service agreement or official program curriculum provided at the time of enrollment. If we deliver what we promise, no refund will be provided regardless of any other circumstances.

Evidence Required: Any refund claims must be substantiated with clear, documented evidence of non-delivery of promised services. The burden of proof lies with the participant to demonstrate that Apex Fashion Lab failed to provide the services as contractually agreed. Dissatisfaction with outcomes, personal circumstances, or any other reasons are not grounds for refunds if we have delivered our promised services.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under the limited circumstances outlined above, you must:

• • Provide detailed documentation of the specific services that were not delivered as promised

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved under the limited circumstances outlined in this policy:

• • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible
• • Administrative fees may be deducted from the refund amount

• • Technical issues on the participant's equipment or internet connection
